Returns and exchanges policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
We also offer an order adjustment service if your order hasn't been shipped yet. If you'd like to make any changes, you can email us at support@risythm.com, as long as your order hasn't been shipped.
Return or reshipment
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of arrival. If 15 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or reshipment.
You have two options:
1. Returns: We accept returns of products shipped by us if the item has a defect due to our error (for example, an incorrect or damaged item). Items must be returned with the proof of purchase.
Several types of products are non-returnable. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept feminine hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team through support@risythm.com for more information.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For quality-related returns, the shipping cost is refundable. Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for return.
2. Forward:
If the item is defective due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item), we are willing to resend the correct product to you.
If the item is defective due to shipping problems (such as damaged items), we can reissue a new product on the condition that you assume part of the shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [number] days.
Due to transportation issues, if you believe the return is too problematic, or if the products are damaged upon receipt, we can assume part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
