When will my order be shipped?

Why can't I track my order on the website?
Please note that tracking information will be displayed between 2 and 5 days after your update.
Therefore, if you cannot find tracking information about your package, please try again in 1 or 2 days.
Why isn't my shipment status updating?

What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly assist you in reviewing your case. If approved, we will send you a replacement. Please do not return any items before we have reviewed your case. Our customer service team will review your request and send you further instructions.
